Why shouldn't the two go hand-in-hand? I like to feature my favorite catwalk canines on my menswear blog.

I'm starting this group because etiquette is not my greatest strength. I believe in honesty and kindness, saying please and thank you, but not necessarily playing by the "rules", and I don't like to play politics. I am often stumped as to handle various online situations. There is no longer an "us" and "them", or a behind-the-scenes, everything is very transparent. Contacts are clients and commenters and stores you shop from and every variation on that. I consider my blog populist but sometimes I have to say "no" and deal with a variety of situations that wouldn't have arisen before the internet. My blog is also focussed on selling my product, and there are specific situations that arise around being the voice of your product. The Blogging Etiquette group is a place to talk about all this.
